Educational Qualification

• Dy. Manager (HRD & Administration)& Asst. General Manager (HRD & Administration: Degree in any discipline & degree or recognised PG Diplomain Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Management/ Behavioural Science/ Training & Development/HRD/HRM (Duration of not less than 2 years or full time regular course of 1 year) or MBA with specialisation in PM/IR/HRD/HRM (Duration of not less than 2 years) or Degree in Engineering or PG Diploma in Social Welfare (IISW, Cal)
• Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager (Rajbhasa): Post Graduate Degree in Hindi
• Dy. Manager (CC/PR) & Asst. General Manager (CC/PR):: Degree in any discipline with recognised PG Diploma in Journalism or Mass Communication or Creative Writing.
• Dy. Manager (Law) & Dy. General Manager (Law): Degree in any discipline with Graduate Degree in Law
• Dy. Manager (Finance) & Asst. General Manager (Finance): Degree in any discipline with ACA/AICWA or MBA with specialisation in Finance Management
• Dy. Manager (Materials): Degree in any discipline with Degree or recognised PG Diploma in Materials Management (Duration of not less than 2 years or full time regular course of 1 year) or Degree in Engineering or MBA with specialisation in Materials Management (Duration of not less than 2 years)
• Asst. Manager/Dy.Manager/ Manager (Mining): Degree or equivalent Diploma in Mining Engineering & First Class Metalliferrous Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted/ Restricted)
