Shipping Corporation of India Limited, Mumbai invited online applications from eligible candidates for filling up the following below mentioned positions for the training to Graduate Mechanical Engineer as Graduate Marine Engineer at Maritime Training Institute (MTI), Powai. Graduate Marine Engineer (GME): 40 seats
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering discipline from recognized University or Institute with knowledge of Computer and the relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field.
Age Limit: Upto 28 years
Pay Scale
Rs. 15,000/- Per Month
Application Fee
Application Fee (Non- refundable) of Rs. 1000/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC/ ST candidates. Fee must be paid through NEFT.
Selection Procedure
The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Online Test followed by the Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.

Interested Candidates may apply ONLINE through the SCI’s Website www.shipindia.com on or before 20 July 2015. After successful submission of ONLINE application, candidate has to take the printout of the filled in application form for future requirement/ reference. Candidate has to submit the print out of filled in application form along with attested photo copies of relevant certificates/ testimonials in support of date of birth, qualifications, experience, category (SC/ ST/ PWD), etc. and a recent Passport size Photograph (if reqd.) may be forwarded to the “Senior Vice President, Flee Personnel Dept.
