Pay Scale

• Associate Professors (Computer Science): Rs.37,400-67,000 + Rs. 9,000 (Academic Grade Pay)
• Assistant Professors (Chemistry): Rs. 15,600-39100/- + Rs. 6000/- (Academic Grade Pay)
• Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professors (Obstetrics and Gynecology): Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs.6,600 (Grade Pay)
• Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professors (Plastic Surgery): Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 6,600 (Grade Pay)
• Director (Institute): Rs.15,600-39,100 (PB-3) + Rs. 7,600 (Grade Pay)

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications

• Associate Professors (Computer Science): Good academic record with a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science. A Master's Degree in Computer Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
• Assistant Professors (Chemistry): Good academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55% or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed at the Master's Degree level in Chemistry from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited Foreign University.
• Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professors (Obstetrics and Gynecology): A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act,1956 (102 of 1956).
• Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professors (Plastic Surgery): A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
• Director (Institute): Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Chemistry or Textile Processing or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology with specialisation in Textile Technology or Textile Processing or Textile Chemistry from a recognised University or Institute.

Age Limit

• Associate Professors (Computer Science): 45 yrs.
• Assistant Professors (Chemistry): 35 yrs
• Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professors (Obstetrics and Gynecology): 40 yrs
• Specialists Grade-III Assistant Professors (Plastic Surgery): 40 yrs.
• Director (Institute): 50 yrs.
