Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

1. Senior Manager (Technical): A recognized engineering degree in Mechanical/Production/ Manufacturing with minimum 55% marks (Desirable 60%). Masters Degree in any engineering discipline or PG Degree/ PG Diploma with specialization in Materials / Marketing / TQM or other management discipline.
2. Assistant Manager (Finance): Passed Final examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Age limit

1. Senior Manager (Technical): Upto 49 years
2. Assistant Manager (Finance): Upto 40 years

Pay Scale

1. Senior Manager (Technical): 1269624/- (Annual CTC)
2. Assistant Manager (Finance): 794964/- (Annual CTC)

Selection Procedure
The candidates will be required to attend Personal Interview before the Company’s Selection Board.
