Prathama Bank invites applications from Indian citizens, for the post of
Officer in Middle Management Grade (Scale III), Officer in Middle
Management Grade (Scale II), Officer in Junior Management (Scale I)
Cadre and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) from Indian citizens
who have been declared qualified at the Online CWE-III for RRBs
conducted by IBPS during September/October 2014.

Eligibility : Eligibility Criteria is to be considered as per RRBs CWE-III
Pre- Requisite Qualifications : Candidates who have been declared qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 should have obtained the following scores as given below
For Office Assistant
For Officer Scale-I
For Officer Scale-II (GBO)
For Officer Scale-II IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketingand Agricultural Officer
For Officer Scale-III
Application Fee : Officers - Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates. - Rs.100/- for all others Office Assistant (Multipurpose) - Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates. - Rs.100/- for all others
For Officer Scale-I:-Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
For Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer):-Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview. Merit list of the candidates for final selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) obtained by them in CWE of IBPS and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order under each SC/ST/OBC/UR category.
For Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officer *):-Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and Personal Interview. Service Indemnity Bond:
I. For Officers: The selected candidates for the post of Officers will
be required, at the time of their joining, to execute an “Indemnity Bond
with Surety” undertaking to serve the Bank for a minimum period of TWO
years, or otherwise to pay a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rs. One lakh fifty
thousand only)) as compensation to the Bank. This is in addition to the
requirement one month’s of notice period or payment of one month Pay to
the Bank in lieu thereof in terms of Prathama Bank (Officers &
Employees) Service Regulations, 2010. II. For Office Assistant
(Multipurpose): The selected candidates for the post of Office Assistant
will be required, at the time of their joining, to execute an
“Indemnity Bond with Surety” undertaking to serve the Bank for a minimum
period of ONE years, or otherwise to pay a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs.
One Lakh only)) as compensation to the Bank. This is in addition to the
requirement of one month’s of notice period or payment of one month Pay
to the Bank in lieu thereof in terms of Prathama Bank (Officers &
Employees) Service Regulations, 2010.

Interview will be held at the Moradabad centre and the complete address
of the venue will be advised in the call letters. The address of the
venues will also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the
dates for commencement of Interviews.
