Training period : 2 Years   
 
Stipend During Training Period : Rs.20000/- per month for the 1st year of training and Rs.25000/- for the 2nd year of training

Age : As on 01.01.2014: Not above 33 Years

Scale of pay and Remuneration : On satisfactory completion of training, the Executive Trainee (Chemical) will be considered for appointment to the post of Process Engineer on an initial basic pay of Rs.25475/- per month in the scale of pay of Rs.25475-900-29075-975-35900- 1050-46400-1150-55600-1320-56920 plus DA,HRA and other allowances. In such cases, they will have to execute an agreement to serve the Company for a minimum period of three years after completion of training.
