The State Level Nodal Agency for integrated Watershed Development Programme, invited applications from eligible candidates for appointment for the capacity Building Unit of IWMP at State Institute or Rural Development, Kottarrakkarra on contract/deputation basis. Eligibility Criteria

1. Programme Officer (CB and IEC): Candidate should possess MBA in HR or MSW and have at least 8 years experience in Watershed development.
2. Technical Assistant (Capacity Building): Candidate should possess MBA in HR or MSW or MA Sociology and have at least 5 years experience in Watershed development.
3. Technical Assistant (IEC): Candidate should possess MCJor MSW and have at least 5 years experience in Watershed development/mass communication.
4. Data Entry Operator: Candidate must be graduate with diploma in computer application and proficiency in English and Malayalam typewriting with three years’ experience

Pay scale

1. Programme Officer (CB and IEC): Rs 40000
2. Technical Assistant (Capacity Building): Rs 30000
3. Technical Assistant (IEC): Rs 30000
4. Data Entry Operator: Rs 15000
