- Diploma or certified course of Print Media or Mass Communication for Executive (Media) post.
- 12th Standard Pass and Stenography speed 80 words/min & Typing speed 30 words/min in English &25 words/min in Hindi language for Stenographer Posts.
- Graduation in Library Science from recognized University for Librarian post.
