Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

• Dy. General Manager (HR): 1st class full time Master’s Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations/MSW/ MBA with HR elective from a recognized University/ Management Institute.
• Dy. General Manager (F&A): Qualified CA/ICWA/1st Class full-time MBA with Finance elective from recognized University/Management Institute
• Chief Manager (R&D): First class B.Tech/B.E. in the area of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Chemical/ Metallurgy/ Pulp and Paper OR First Class M.Sc in Chemistry

Age Limit
Maximum age limit 45 years
