Education Qualifications :
- Graduation with PCM and TET Examination pass for Warden posts.
- Graduation with TET or Graduation with B.Ed through NCTE /LT for Teacher posts.
- Graduation with TET or Graduation with B.Ed through NCTE /LT and DOEACCC/DCA/PGDCA Computer Course/Training certificate for Computer Teacher posts.
- VIIth Standard pass for Sr.No.7-10 posts.

If you look through the job descriptions of almost all senior positions across industries, Aloke Ghosh suggests that MBA and Accountancy are the preferred degree, though perhaps not mandatory.
