Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellowship Programme has invited application for below mentioned positions at Tata Institute of Social Sciences. The eligible candidates can apply through prescribed format before 24 November 2014.

Eligibility Criteria
Desirable Qualifications/Qualities/Experience

• Associate Professor- Ph.D. (in any discipline) with 8 years of experience or Post Graduate degree (in any discipline) with 12 years of work experience in an academic institution, government or development sector.
• Assistant Professor- Ph.D. (in any discipline) with two years of experience or Post Graduate degree (in any discipline) with 8 years of work experience in an academic institution, government or development sector.
• Programme Associate- Graduation in Engineering, Medicine, Law, Agriculture r or Post Graduate degree (in any discipline) with minimum of 4 years of experience in development sector. Strong IT, research methodology and data transformation skills preferred.
• Programme Officer- Graduation in Engineering, Medicine, Law, Agriculture or Post Graduate degree (in any discipline) with minimum of 2 years of experience in development sector.
• Administrative and Accounts Officer- Minimum Graduate with B. Com / Chartered Accountant. Applicants should have minimum 2 years of experience in any administrative /accounts related position. Experience with Government organizations/ University will be preferred.
• Administrative Assistant- Minimum Graduate in any discipline. Applicants should have minimum 1 years of experience in any administrative position. Experience with Government organizations/ University will be preferred.
• Administrative and Accounts Assistant- Minimum Graduate with B. Com. Applicants should have minimum 2 years of experience in any administrative/accounts related position. Experience with Government organizations/ University will be preferred.

Selection Procedure
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the exam/interview conducted by the organization. The candidate will be placed under probation for 4 months and based on satisfactory performance appointment will be made for two years including 4 months of probation (with a performance review at the end of 1st year of work)
