Naval Materials Research Laboratory (NMRL), Ambernath under the aegis
of Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Government of
India issued notification inviting applications for filling up the posts
of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF).
Candidates interested in pursuing research in the mentioned disciplines
should send their applications along with copies of all required

Vacancy Details
1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
No of posts: flexible
Maximum Tenure: 5 years (2 years as JRF & 2 years as SRF, extendable by one year)
Stipend: Rs.16000 per month (for 1st & 2nd year)/ Rs. 18000 per month (from 3rd year)
Age limit: 28 years
Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/ Chemical/ Metallurgy/Computer Science & Engineering/ IT) OR M.Sc. (Computer Science & Engineering/ IT/ Physical Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry)
2. Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
No of posts: flexible
Maximum Tenure: 3 years (initially 2 years, extendable for one more year)
Stipend: Rs. 18000 per month
Age limit: 32 years
Qualifications: M.E/M.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics/ Chemical/ Metallurgy/Computer Science & Engineering/ IT/ Bio-Technology/ Biochemistry)
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Interview.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interview.
Candidates appearing for Interview would be required to present all original documents.
