Education Qualifications :

• Graduation in Civil Engineering or Graduation with PG Diploma in Sociology/Social Work/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management /IR  or MBA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations for Sr.No. discipline posts.
• Graduation with PG Diploma in Sociology/Social Work/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management /IR  or MBA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations for Personnel/HRD Discipline posts.
• Graduation in Ceramic Engineering from recognized Institution and minimum post qualification experience for Ceramic Discipline posts.
• Graduation in Engineering or PG Diploma or MBA in Material Management and minimum post qualification experience for Material Management & Marketing discipline posts.
• Must be a member of the Institute of Charted Accountant  of India/Institute of Cost Accountant of India and minimum post qualification experience for Finance discipline post.
