Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Dy. Manager (HRD & Administration) : Degree in any discipline & degree or recognised
  PG Diplomain Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations / Management / Behavioural Science/ Training & Development/ HRD/ HRM with Relevant Experience.
• For Asst. General Manager (Finance) : Degree in any discipline with ACA/AICWA
  or MBA with specialisation in Finance Management with Relevant Experience.
• Nationality : Indian

• For Dy. Manager (HRD & Administration) : 42 years
• For Asst. General Manager (Finance) : 42 years

Age of Relaxation :

• OBC Candidates : 3 years
• PWD Candidates : 10 years

Application Fee : An application fee of Rs 100/- is required to be paid in the shape of Demand Draft drawn after the release of advertisement, in favor of “National Aluminium Company Limited payable at Bhubaneswar. Application fee is not applicable for PWD candidates.
