Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification Candidate must have qualifications and experience of corporate
• Law, Securities law, finance, economics or accountancy. In addition the candidate shall hold office for a maximum term of 5 years from the date on which he enters upon his office and shall be eligible for re- appointment
• Age Limit Not more than 62 years
