Eligibility Criteria:

• GM (HR): MBA (HR)/ MSW (PM/IR / LW)/Two  year full time Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management with 60% marks. Minimum 20 years experience in Personnel Management, Industrial Relation and Labour Welfare with adequate exposure to strategic HR Management, HRD Systems, Reward Systems, Competency Mapping, Training etc, in a reputed company. At least 5 years should be as Head of HR department in a large / medium industry employing above 500 employees. Knowledge of Malayalam essential.
• Sr. Officer (Purchase): MBA (Marketing/Operations) with 60% marks. Minimum 3 years experience in purchase activities in an ISO Certified Company.
• Sr. Officer (Sales): BE/B. Tech (ECE) with MBA (Marketing) with 60% marks. Minimum 2 years experience in sales & customer support of electronic components & systems
• Officer (Admn): MBA (HR) with 60% marks. Minimum 2 years experience in General Administration in Medium/Large scale Industrial establishment. Exposure to handling Legal matters preferred.
• Officer (Materials Management): MBA (Marketing/Finance/ Operations) with 60% marks. Minimum 2 years experience in Materials Management in Medium/Large scale Industrial establishment.
• Officer: MBA (Finance/Marketing) with 60% marks. Minimum 2 years experience in excise duty, service tax, logistics co-ordination etc.
