Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence (KASE), a Government of Kerala Undertaking is a company incorporated under section 25 of Companies Act, 1956, established as an apex organization for the skill development initiatives in the state of Kerala. Applications are invited from interested candidates to work as consultants for the Skill development activities with the Kerala Academy for Skills Excellence.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification : The programme is open to young, dynamic, exceptional thought leaders who are committed to driving meaningful, measurable change in society. Candidates having Bachelors Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ MBA / Masters in Economics or Social Work or Development Studies or in relevant field may apply. The candidate should possess two years work experience in project execution, project management, implementation or related fields.Experience in handling skill development programmes or related activities will be an added advantage.

Age Limit : The Applicant shall have age between 23 and 35 years.

Selection Process:

• The selection of candidates would be done through a two -step process. The first stage shall consist of written test.
• The short listed candidates will be called for a personal interview, followed by a contracting offer for successful applicants.
