Education Qualifications :
Security and Estate Officer : Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks merit and Eight years relevant security supervisory experience.
System Manager : Ph.D in Computer Science/Engineering/Applied Sciences with eight years experience or M.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering/ Applied Sciences with Ten years Experience.
System Analyst  : Ph.D in Computer Science/Engineering/Applied Sciences with Three years experience or M.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering/ Applied Sciences with Five years Experience.
Programmer : Master Degree (M.Tech) in Science/Engineering/Applied Sciences  or MCA qualification.
Horticulturist : Post Graduation in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Botany with Five years experience in Horticulture the GP of Rs. 4,200/-
Sports Officer  : Master Degree in Physical Education with 55% marks merit from a recognized university and Five years experience in organizing Games and Sports at University / Inter College level.
Security Assistant : Graduation with three years Security Supervisory experience in a reputed National Level Technical University/Institution.

Prescribed application forms may be obtained from the office of the Deputy Registrar (Estt.), Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad – 826 004 by sending a crossed demand draft for Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of “Registrar, Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad – 826 004 with a self-addressed stamped (Rs. 50/-) envelope of 30 c.m. x 12 c.m. size. SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying any fees. Candidates called for interview will be paid 3 AC railway fare by the shortest route for posts at Sl. No. 1 to 6 & Sleeper Class for post at Sl. No. 7, as per rules, on production of tickets.
