- 10+2 Examination pass and must have Completed Auxilliary Nurse Midwife with Health Worker Female Training from lady Reading Health School for Lady Health Visitor post.
- Matriculation Pass and must have 3 years experience as a Dai in a Civil Hospital for Attendant post.
