IIT Delhi Notified Recruitment for Various Posts 2014 - Walk-in Interview

Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi  (IIT-D) has invited eligible candidates for walk in interview for recruitment to the posts of Project Scientist and Junior Project Assistant. The interview is scheduled to be held on 04 December 2014 at 03.00 pm.

Pay Scale

• Project Scientist (project duration up to 03 April 2016)- Rs.33,000/- per month (consolidated)
• Project Scientist (project duration up to 31 December 2015)- Rs.33,000/- per month (consolidated)
• Junior Project Assistant (project duration up to 31 December 2015)- Rs.9,500/- p.m. (consolidated)

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification

1. Project Scientist (project duration up to 03 April 2016)- First class M. Planning / M. Arch. / M. Tech. (Civil) OR First class B. Tech. (Civil) / M.Sc. with 2 years experience in Transport Planning
2. Project Scientist (project duration up to 31 December 2015)- First class M. Planning / M. Arch. / M. Tech. (Civil) OR First class B. Tech. (Civil) / M.Sc. with 2 years experience in Transport Planning
3. Junior Project Assistant (project duration up to 31 December 2015)- Graduate Degree / Diploma (3 years) with good knowledge of computer operation, GPS Marking on Google maps and data entry on Excel

Selection Procedure Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the interview.

Requisites of the Interview Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria are required to report for the interview with the formal application on Form No. IRD/REC-4, which can be downloaded from IRD Website (http://ird.iitd.ac.in/rec) along with original certificates related to academics and experience for the verification purpose.
