Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has issued notification for recruitment of Specialist Officer (Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for selection of Personnel Officer Cadre) posts. The eligible candidates can apply online on or before 09th December 2014.

Education Qualifications :

• Master Degree  in Hindi with English as a subject at the Graduation level for Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale-I) post.
• Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council for Law officer (Scale-I) post.
• Graduation in any subject & Post Graduation/PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR/HRD/ Social Work / Labour Law for HR/Personnel Officer (Scale-I) post.
• MBA in Marketing  with PGDBA /PGDBM with specialization in Marketing for Marketing Officer (Scale-I) post.

Age Limit :
Minimum Age Limit – 20 years
Maximum Age limit – 30 years as on 01/11/2014.
Upper Age limit five years for domiciled in the Kashmir Division of the State of Jammu & Kashmir /SC/ST/Persons affected by 1984 riots/Ex-Servicemen, Commissioned Officers, OBC –3 years, PWD (UR)-10 years applicable as per Govt. Rules.
