Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University, Venkatramannagudem, (AP) invites applications from eligible candidates, who fulfilling the requisite criteria for filling up the following below mentioned posts exclusively for the recruitment in the ‘Krishi Vigyan Kendras’ funded by ICAR.The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 24 November 2014 by 04.00 PM.

1. Programme Co-ordinator: 01 (One).
2. Subject Matter Specialist: 14 (Fourteen)

Educational Qualification/ Experience 
Qualification should be from recognized Board or University or Institution with the relevant experience in the concerned field.

• For Post 1 

Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or Agriculture and the Doctorate Degree in the in the relevant field or equivalent.

• For Post 2 

Possess Bachelor’s Degree and the Master’s Degree in the relevant subject. Telugu Language should be one of the subjects in SSC. Candidate must qualify National Eligibility Test (NET) in the concerned discipline.
Age Limit &Relaxation 
Age Limit for the candidate mentioned below should be as on the date of advertisement and Age relaxation for the category candidates should be as per rules.

• For Post 1: Not exceeding 45 years.
• For Post 2: Between 21 to 35 years.

Pay Scale/ Salary 

• For Post 1: Pay Band (PB – 3) and Pay Scale of Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- plus Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 8,000/- Per Month.
• For Post 2:  Pay Band (PB – 3) with Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- Per Month.

Selection Procedure
The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Written Test/ trade Test/ Practical Test/ Skill Test/Personal Interview, which might be conducted by the administration.
