Department of Mathematics & Statistics, Indian Institute of
Technology, Kanpur (IIT- K) issued notification inviting application for
recruitment to one temporary post of Project Associate for
a DST sponsored project for a period of one year. Interested candidates

Nature of vacancy: Temporary
Project sponsor: DST sponsored project
Appointment duration: one year
Scholarship: Rs. 16000 per month (consolidated)
Qualification: MS/ M.Sc. in Mathematics with hands on experience with typesetting language TEX. Knowledge of GNU/ Linux and basic computer skills are appreciated. Preference may be given to NET/ GATE qualified candidates.
Selection Procedure: Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in the Interview.
Only screened applicants will be called for the interview.
Initially, candidates will be selected for a period up of one year.
