Education Qualifications :
Programme Coordinator : Master Degree in Management/Rural Management from recognized institution and 12 years experience in state level development projects in the areas Institution building, capacity building.
Chief Finance Officer : Charted Accountant with Ten years of experience.
State Finance Manager : Chartered Accountant/MBA-Finance /Cost Accountant from recognized Institution and Seven years of post-qualification experience in handling internal/statutory audit and consultancy.
State Project Manager-Communication : Post Graduation in in Mass Communication with Nine years of post-qualification relevant experience.
State Project Manager-MIS : Master Degree in Engineering/Technology or MBA – IT or MCA from recognized University.
PM-HRD : Graduation/PG Diploma in HRD/Management/social work/rural development and Must have good communication skill (both oral and writing) in English and Hindi.
Project Manager-Documentation & External Relation & Project Manager-Monitoring & Evaluation : Master Degree/PG Diploma Mass Communication/Management/Social Work/Rural Management/Rural Development from recognized institution.
Project Manager-Livelihoods : Post Graduation or Graduation with PG Diploma in Rural Development/Agriculture and Allied/Social Work with minimum four years of post-qualification relevant experience.
Cashier: Graduation in in Economics/Commerce or CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter) from a recognized institution and Three years of post-qualification relevant experience.
