Eligibility Criteria

1. Administrative cum Accounts Officer: Candidate should have at least a second class bachelor’s degree in arts, science or Commerce and have passed CA, ICWA or SAS examination and must have at least 5 years experience in responsible supervisory position in a government department/autonomous organisation.
2. Deputy Director of Training: Candidate must have a first or second class degree in Engineering/technology or equivalent or a post graduate degree in either with at least 7 years’ field experience.

Age limit

1. Administrative cum Accounts Officer: 50 years
2. Deputy Director of Training: 45 years

Pay scale

1. Administrative cum Accounts Officer: Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400
2. Deputy Director of Training: Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600

2. Deputy Director of Training: Rs 500
