Education Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University
• Must have Computer Applications course certificate.
• Must have Valid Driving license.
• Must be completed basic Training course of Multi-Purpose Health Worker.

Age Limit :
Candidates attained maximum age limit 40 years for UR candidates as on 01/10/2014.
Upper age limit Five years for SC/ST/BC candidates as per Govt. Rules.
