Eligibility Criteria : 
Educational Qualification :

• For General Manager (Human Resource) : Degree of a recognised university. Or Master in Business Administration, or Post graduate diploma in Public Administration.
• For General Manager (Finance) : Degree from a recognised University or Institute and Final exam of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India;
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 55 years (as on 31.10.2014)
