Eligibility Criteria : 
Educational Qualification :

• For Officer (Information Technology) : Three years Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics/ Communication/ Telecommunications from a recognized Indian University/Institute. OR BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Electronics/ Communication/ Telecommunications/, from a recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE.
• For Executive Secretary : Graduate in Arts/Science /Commerce/Business Administration/ Business Management from a recognized Indian University/Institute approved by AICTE. And Diploma in Commercial Practice/ Secretarial Practice [a pass in Stenography (English) exam with speed of 120 wpm and Typing (English) speed of 45 wpm or equivalent] from any Govt. recognized Institute.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : 30 years (as on 01.10.2014)

Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs.500/- forall others (including OBC,Employees of SPMCIL , BRBNMPL and Internal candidates for each post in Executive Cadre through Banker’s cheque/Demand Draft issued by a Scheduled Commercial Bank drawn in favour of “BNPM Recruitment Account” payable at Bangalore. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from the payment of Application Fee.
