Indian Air Force invites applications for the recruitment of Airmen in Group ‘X’ (Technical) & Group ‘Y’ (For Medical Assistant) Trades for Unmarried Male Indian citizens for the designated Districts of State of Andhra Pradesh and UT of Yanam. Eligible candidates can register from 16-09-2014 to 24-09-2014.

Indian Air Force Vacancy Details:
Name of the Posts: Airmen for Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades and Group ’Y’ (For Medical Assistant only) Trades.

Age Limit: Upper age limit on date of enrollment is 21 years. Candidates should be born between 01 February 1995 to 30 June 1998 (both days inclusive)

Educational Qualification: Candidates should pass Intermediate/ 10+2/ equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English or Passed Three year Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from a Government recognized Polytechnic Institute with 50% marks in overall aggregate, and 50% marks in English in Diploma Course or in Intermediate/ Matriculation if English is not a subject in Diploma Course.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on basis Written Test, Physical Fitness Test, Interview and Medical Examination.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can attend for recruitment rally along with the Consent Form in the prescribed format, Seven copies of recent front portrait (without headgear except for Sikh) passport-size (5 cm x 4 cm) colour photograph taken on or after 11-06-2014, Original and 4 self attested photocopies of Matriculation Passing Certificate, Original and self attested photocopies of Matriculation Marks Sheet, Original and self attested photocopies of Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Examination Passing Certificate and Marks Sheets of all semesters, Original and four photocopies of Domicile, Son of Air Force Personnel (SOAFP) as well as Shri T.G.Venkatesh Outdoor Stadium, Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh) from 16-09-2014 to 24-09-2014.

Eligible candidates can attend the Recruitment Rally from 21-09-2014 to 23-09-2014.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should pass Intermediate/ 10+2/ equivalent examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central/ State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English or Passed 2 year Vocational Course affiliated/ recognized by CBSE / State Education Boards/ Councils duly recognized at par with 10+2 by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course or in Intermediate/ Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.

Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on written test, Physical Fitness Test, interview, medical examination.
