Educational Qualification:

1. General Manager:- MBA/PGDM (2 years) in Finance/Banking & Finance from a recognized University
2. Project Manager:- Post Graduate degree in Social Work /Social Sciences/ NGO Management/Rural Development from a recognized University
3. Assistant Project Manager – State:- Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Business Administration
4. District Livelihood Manager:-Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration / Social Work /Rural Management/NGO Management from a recognized university
5. Assistant Project Manager District:- Post Graduate Degree/PG Diploma in HR from a recognized University
6. Taluka Livelihood Manager:-Post Graduate Degree in Social Work /Business Administration /Rural Management from a recognized University/Institutes.
7. Assistant Project Manager Taluka:- Graduate in BSW/BBA /BRS/B Sc Agriculture Post Graduate Degree in MSW/ MBA will be preferred

Age Limit :

1. General Manager: Max 45 years
2. Project Manager: Max 35 years

3. Assistant Project Manager – State: Max 30 years
4. District Livelihood Manager: Max 40 years, Relaxation of 5 years for Reserved Candidate
5. Assistant Project Manager District: Max 30 years, Relaxation of 5 years for Reserved Candidate
6. Taluka Livelihood Manager: Max 30 years, Relaxation of 5 years for Reserved Candidate
7. Assistant Project Manager Taluka: Max 30 years, Relaxation of 5 years for Reserved Candidate

Pay Scale :

1. General Manager:- Up to Rs 60000/per month (commensurate with experience and Company’s Policies
2. Project Manager:- Up to Rs 4000 0/per month (commensurate with experience and Company’s Policies
3. Assistant Project Manager – State:- Up to Rs 30000/per month (commensurate with experience and Company’s Policies)
4. District Livelihood Manager:-Up to Rs 50000/per month (commensurate with experience and Company’s Policies
5. Assistant Project Manager District:- Up to Rs 30000/per month (commensurate with experience and Company’s Policies
6. Taluka Livelihood Manager:- Up to Rs 20000/per month (commensurate with experience and Company’s Policies)
7. Assistant Project Manager Taluka:- Up to Rs 15000/per month (commensurate with experience and Company’s Policies)

Candidates eligible shall come with the Bio-data at the interview. Candidate working in GLPC LTD or any other PSU/Society/Corporation /Board /NGO/pvt. Company Should submit from their reporting officer at the time of interview.
